These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of zoomiego.com, including any purchases made through the website.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or purchase products from us.

1. Eligibility and Online Store Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website or products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not interfere with the security, availability, functionality, or proper operation of the website.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, features, and availability accurately. However, minor differences may occur due to product updates, device displays, photography, packaging changes, or other reasonable variations.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may update product information at any time. If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where reasonably practicable.

ZoomieGo GPS dog fence products are designed to support outdoor boundary guidance and responsible dog training. They are not a substitute for proper training, responsible pet supervision, secure physical containment where necessary, or safe handling.

Product performance may vary depending on GPS satellite visibility, nearby buildings, trees, terrain, weather conditions, yard layout, boundary setup, dog behavior, and other environmental factors.

ZoomieGo GPS dog fence products are not live cellular tracking collars unless tracking functionality is expressly stated on the applicable product page.

3. Product Setup, Training, and Responsible Use

You are responsible for reading and following the product instructions, selecting an appropriate boundary, allowing a suitable safety buffer, setting up the product correctly, and training your dog gradually and responsibly.

You should supervise your dog during training and initial use. Do not use the product in a way that may injure, frighten, or otherwise harm an animal or person.

If your dog has a medical condition, behavioral concern, unusual sensitivity, or history that may affect the safe use of a training collar, you should consult a qualified veterinarian or professional dog trainer before use.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, improper setup, failure to follow instructions, unsuitable boundary placement, poor GPS conditions, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

4. Prices and Availability

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Shipping fees, taxes, duties, or other charges may be shown separately where applicable.

Prices, promotions, product specifications, and availability may change without prior notice. Changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or listing error.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue a product or promotion at any time.

5. Orders and Payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Order processing times, estimated delivery times, available destinations, shipping fees, and related conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligibility requirements, request deadlines, return conditions, exclusions, and refund processing times are described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Refunds approved by us will normally be sent to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear may also depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

8. Limited Product Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, ZoomieGo GPS dog fence systems include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.

The limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Loss or theft.
Accidental damage.
Misuse or improper setup.
Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, pulling, or biting the product.
Damage caused by use outside the product instructions or specifications.

To request warranty support, contact support@zoomiego.com with your order information, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos where reasonably requested.

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

9. Accuracy and Availability of the Website

We may update, modify, correct, suspend, or remove website content at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Information provided on the website is for general product and purchasing purposes. You should review the applicable product instructions before using a product.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any liability arising from fraud or other matters for which limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
