Thank you for shopping with ZoomieGo. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, and what to expect after placing an order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, promotions, or unexpected warehouse delays, processing may take longer.
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

ZoomieGo currently ships to selected locations in the United States and Canada.
United States Shipping
We currently ship to the U.S. mainland only.
U.S. mainland shipping includes the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
We currently do not ship to:

American Samoa
Northern Mariana Islands

Shipping From
Orders may be fulfilled from available U.S. or Canadian fulfillment locations depending on product availability and the shipping destination.
We do our best to ship orders from the closest available fulfillment location when possible, but the final fulfillment location may depend on inventory availability and order details.
Shipping Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
ZoomieGo is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@zoomiego.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after your order ships.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zoomiego.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details.
We will help review the issue and work with the carrier or provide an appropriate solution when possible.
Separate Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on inventory availability and fulfillment location.
If items ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
International Shipping
At this time, ZoomieGo only supports selected shipping destinations in the United States and Canada.
We do not currently ship to other countries or regions through this website.
