Does it need a monthly subscription?
No. ZoomieGo does not require a monthly cellular tracking subscription for GPS fence use.
Does the collar work without my phone nearby?
Yes. Once the boundary is saved and fence mode is activated, the collar can work without a constant phone connection.
Why can't the collar get GPS signal?
Take the collar outdoors with a clear view of the sky and allow 2 to 5 minutes for GPS positioning.
Why can't the app connect to the collar?
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled, the collar is powered on, and the collar is within Bluetooth range.
What should I include when contacting support?
Please include your order number, product model, a short description of the issue, and photos or videos if available.
Can I use ZoomieGo indoors?
No. ZoomieGo is designed for outdoor GPS boundary use. GPS signal may be weak or unavailable indoors.
Does my dog need training to use the fence?
Yes. ZoomieGo supports boundary training with consistent cues, but it does not replace supervision or proper training.
Can I use ZoomieGo with more than one dog?
Yes. You can use multiple collars, but the app connects to one collar at a time for setup and training. Once each collar is set up and fence mode is activated, each collar works independently.
Can my dog swim with the collar?
Yes. ZoomieGo collars are designed for outdoor use and water exposure, including normal swimming use. Make sure the charging area is clean and dry before charging.
