Return and Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to feel confident with your ZoomieGo purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@zoomiego.com within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in its original condition with all included accessories, packaging, and manuals when possible. Products that are damaged, heavily used, missing major parts, or returned in unsanitary condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@zoomiego.com with:

Your order number
The email address used for the order
A brief reason for the return
Photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or not working properly

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

For general returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong product, please contact us with photos or videos. In approved cases, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or return solution.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@zoomiego.com as soon as possible so we can help.

Depending on the situation, we may offer troubleshooting help, a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund.

Warranty

ZoomieGo GPS dog fence systems include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper charging, unauthorized repair, loss, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, or otherwise damaging the product.

Accessories and replacement parts may have different warranty coverage depending on the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items damaged by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
Items missing major parts or accessories
Items returned in unsanitary condition
Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges for all items. If you need a different item or replacement part, please contact us and we will help you find the best solution.
